Apricot Bake
4 - 15 ounce cans apricot halves, drained and divided 1 - 16 ounce box light brown sugar, divided 2 cups buttery cracker crumbs, divided 1/2 cup butter, sliced
Spray a 9x13 casserole dish. Line with two cans of apricots. Sprinkle half of the brown sugar and half of the cracker crumbs on top. Dot with half of the butter and then repeat layers. Bake for one hour at 300 degrees.
