Apricot Chicken

4-6 chicken breasts
1 1/2 packages of onion soup mix
1 - 10 ounce bottle of Russian salad dressing (I use low fat or non fat)
1 cup apricot preserves or 1 can apricot pie filling

Create a marinade with the soup mix, dressing, and apricot preserve. Generously coat chicken pieces with marinade. Cover and cook for about one hour in a 350° oven.
