Avocado and Green Bean Salad
2 -15 ounce cans french-cut green beans, drained 8 green onions, chopped 2 avocados, chopped 1 - 8 ounce can non marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 3/4 cup italian salad dressing
Place green beans and green onions in bowl. Pour dressing over vegetables and chill overnight. Right before serving, mix in the avocado and artichoke.
