Mini Bacon and Mushroom Biscuits
1 can refrigerated buttermilk
biscuits
5 pieces of bacon, cooked and cut into fourths
10 whole mushrooms (from a jar, drained)
Roll out biscuits to about 3
inches round. In center of biscuit place one piece of bacon,
the a mushroom and then another piece of bacon on top. Wrap the
biscuit around the mushroom and pinch shut at the top. Place
seam side down on cookie sheet. Bake 7-9 minutes at 450
degrees. Wonderful with BBQ sauce to dip in.
