Bagel Pudding
3 bagels 3 eggs 1 1/4 cups milk 1/2 cup half and half 1/4 cup sugar 1 tablespoon vanilla 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Cut bagels into 1 inch cubes. Dry on cookie sheet overnight.
In a large bowl, mix the eggs, milk, half and half, cinnamon, vanilla and sugar. Add bagel pieces and mix to coat all pieces.
Butter/oil an 8 inch round cake pan. Pour contents into pan, cover and refrigerate 3-5 hours.
Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Pudding should be golden in color and firm to the touch.
