Baked Red Snapper

3 pounds red snapper
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
a dash or two tabasco sauce, depending on your taste

Cut fish into serving pieces. Place in greased (melted butter) pan. Combine remaining ingredients. Spread over fish. Sprinkle with a dash of paprika for color. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
