Basic Potato Bread

This recipe is for one - 1 1/2 pound loaf

1 teaspoon active dry yeast
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup packaged instant mashed potato flakes
3 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons butter (cut up)
1 egg
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup water

Use the basic white bread cycle.  If you have potato water, left over from boiling potatoes, use that, instead of plain water. It adds a bit more of a potato flavor to your bread.
