Beef Teriyaki

3 1/2 pounds roast or steak, cut into 1" cubes
1 cup salad oil
1/2 cup wine vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, grated
2 1/2 teaspoons ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Mix everything except the meat thoroughly. Marinate meat in mixed ingredients overnight. Place beef on skewers with bell peppers, pineapple and cherry tomatoes. Barbecue 45 minutes or until done. Baste with marinade during cooking process.
