Blackened Steak

2 1/2 pounds of steak
2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon garlic flakes
1/2 teaspoon onion flakes
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon satl
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cajun pepper

In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Coat the steak with the seasoning mixture. Heat a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat until hot. Carefully place the steak in the skillet and cook 6 to 7 minutes on each side for medium rare, or until the steak is cooked the way you like it and the coating is blackened.
