Bleu Cheese Dip
This recipe can be used
either as a dip or as a salad dressing:
6 cups of mayonnaise (use
light mayonniase for a lighter version)
2 cups sour cream (use low fat for a lighter version)
8 ounces of bleu cheese, crumbled
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
Mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, onion powder, garlic
powder, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add the remaining
ingredients and mix. Cover and refrigerate, allowing flavors to
blend. Serve cold.
