Blueberry
Nut Bread
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons salad oil
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
Beat eggs. Gradually add sugar. Add milk
and oil. In a seperate bowl mix together the flour salt and
baking powder. Add to liquid. Mix only until blended. Gently
fold in blueberries and nuts. Pour into loaf pan. Bake at 350
degrees 50-60 minutes.
