Brisket

1 brisket, about 4 pounds
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup ketchup
1 package dry onion soup mix
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Cut brisket as necessary to fit into crockpot. Mix remainder of ingredients and pour over meat. Cook on low 8-10 hours.
