Broccoli
Souffle II
2 - 10 ounce packages frozen, chopped
broccoli
1 cup Bisquick
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs
salt to taste
Grease a casserole dish. Cook broccoli
according to package directions. Drain off the liquid. In a
bowl, beat together the Bisquick, milk, eggs and salt. Stir in
the broccoli and cheese. Mix and pour into casserole dish. Bake
one hour at 325 degrees.
