Broccoli Souffle
2 1/2 packages frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup Miracle Whip 1 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese 2 1/2 tablespoons chopped onions 1/2 roll of Ritz crackers
Mix broccoli, soup, egss, Miracle Whip, cheese and onions. Pour into baking dish. Bake, uncovered for 15 minutes at 350°. Add crushed crackers on top. Bake for 30 more minutes.
