Brown Rice and Chicken
1 cup diced cooked chicken 2 onions, chopped 2 stalks celery, chopped 2 cups cooked brown rice 1/4 cup dry white wine 2 cups chicken broth 1 cup sliced almonds
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Serve with sliced almonds lightly toasted.
