Rolls
1 package yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup warm water
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup melted butter, cooled
1 cup lukewarm water
5 cups flour
Dissolve 1 tablespoon sugar and yeast in
the 1/4 cup warm water. Add all remaining ingredients, adding
flour slowly and mixing after each addition. Let rise until
doubled in size. You can also put in refrigerator
overnight.
Divide dough in 2 parts. Roll out and cut
into pie shaped wedges. Roll loosely starting at wide end. Let
rise and then bake at 350 degrees 12-15 minutes.
