Cheese Almond Rice

1 can mushrooms, sliced
2 teaspoons onion, chopped
1/3 cup almonds, chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/4 cup long grain rice, uncooked
3 1/2 cups beef bouillno and water
4 teaspoons soy sauce
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Combine mushrooms, onions, almond, cheese, rice and pepper. Put into casserole dish. Heat bouillon to simmering point; add soy sauce and pour over ingredients already in casserole dish. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
