Cheese Blintz Casserole
12 cheese blintzes (frozen) 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 pound butter 5 eggs 1 pint sour cream cornflakes for topping
Place frozen blintzes in casserole dish. Beat the eggs. Mix with sugar and sour cream. Melt butter. Pour melted butter over the blintzes. Pour the egg mixture over the blintzes. Sprinkle with crushed corn flakes. Bake for one hour at 350°, or until browned.
