Cheese Tortellini and Tuna
1 package of refrigerated cheese tortellini 1 can white meat tuna, broken into pieces 1 cup each, finely chopped red bell bepper and green bell pepper 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1/2 cup evaporated milk (skim is fine) 2 teaspoons flour 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Cook pasta according to package directions. Do not add salt. Drain.
Using a large skillet, cook bell peppers and onion over medium heat until crisp-tender.
Whisk together milk, flour, mustard and black pepper. Add to vegetables. Stir until thickened. Add tuna and pasta and cook 3-5 minutes, until everything is mixed and hot.
