Cheesy Corn Casserole

2 eggs                 
2  16 ounce cans cream style corn        
1 cup milk
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Beat eggs in large mixing bowl; stir in remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into 2-quart casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for about 35-40 minutes.
