Chicken and Cashew Casserole

2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cup diced celery
1 cup crushed potato chips
2 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons diced onion
1/2 cup chopped cashews
1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix together the chicken, celery and cashews. Spread on bottom of casserole dish. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, onion, lemon juice, mayonnaise and sour cream. Spread over chicken. Slice eggs into mixture and gently mix. Sprinkle cheese and potato chips on top and bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
