Baked Chicken and Biscuits
1 - fryer, cut into 8 pieces 1 1/2 cup flour 1 tablespoon garlic salt 1 teaspoon pepper 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning 1/4 cup butter 1 cup light cream 1 - 8 ounce can refrigerated bicsuit dough, seperate
Mix flour, galic salt, pepper, paprika and poultry seasoning. Roll chicken in flour mixture and then saute in melted butter, until brown.
Place chicken in casserole dish. Pour cream over chicken. cover and bake until almost done. Add biscuits on top of chicken and bake 15 minutes more, uncovering the last 5 minutes. Biscuits and chicken should both be done.
