Chicken and Broccoli
Casserole
6 large chicken breasts,
precooked
1 head of broccoli, precooked
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 cup of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
bread crumbs to sprinkle on top
Precook the chicken and
broccoli. Mix together the soup, mayonniase, lemon juice and
mustard. In a casserole dish, arrange the broccoli alonge the
edges. Put the chicken in the middle of the dish. Pour sauce
over the chicken and top with bread crumbs. Bake for 30-40
minutes in a 350 degree oven.
