Chicken and Dumplings

2 chicken breasts, boiled, cut in 1" cubes
liquid from cooking chicken, plus water to fill pan to 3/4 full
2 cans chicken noodle soup
1 can mixed vegetables
1 recipe biscuit dough, or canned biscuits

Place all ingredients, except biscuit dough in large pan, bring to a boil.  Roll our dough and cut in strips, add to the pot.  I was lazy last time I made this, and just took pieces of the dough and squished it in the palm of my hand, making round flower-shaped dumplings.  They looked pretty.
