Chicken and Grape Salad 

3 cups cooked chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
1 1/2 cups red seedless grapes
1 cup diced celery
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup chopped green onion
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt

Combine mayonnaise, ginger and salt. Stir in chicken, grapes, celery, green onion and walnuts. Serve chilled.
