Chicken Quiche
1 cup chopped, cooked
chicken
1 - 9 inch pie shell, ubaked
1 1/2 cups light cream
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
3 eggs
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup parsley
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
Place chicken in pie shell.
Saute mushrooms in butter for 3 or 4 minutes. Pour over
chicken. Sprinkle swiss cheese over chicken and mushrooms. Beat
the eggs and cream together in a bowl. Add parsley and seasoned
salt and mix. Pour the egg mixture over the other ingredients
in the pie shell. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake at 375
degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
