Chicken Reuben

4 whole chicken breasts, cut in half
4-6 slices of swiss cheese
1 can sauerkraut, drained
1 small bottle Thousand Island dressing

Spray a casserole dish with non stick cooking spray. Place chicken in casserole dish. Evenly distribute the sauerkraut over the chicken. Next, place the cheese slices on top of the chicken. Finally, pour the salad dressing over the top. Bake at 325 degrees for 90 minutes or until chicken is done.
