Chicken
and Rice Casserole
1 1/2 cups rice, uncooked
3 1/2 cups water
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 chicken cut up
mayonnaise to coat chicken
salt and pepper to taste
Salt and pepper chicken to taste. Mix
together the rice, water, onion soup mix and cream of mushroom
soup. Place in 2 quart casserole.
Brush chicken with mayonniase and place
on top of soup mixture. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 375
degrees.
