Chicken Taco Salad
1 - 10 ounce can of chicken packed in water 1 - 3 or 4 ounce can of sliced black olives, drained 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese 2 cups chopped tomatoes 1 bunch of green onions, chopped in 1/4 inch pieces 1 head of lettuce, chipped in 3/4 inch cubes, seperated 8 ounce bottle of ranch dressing 1 - 14 ounce package of tortilla chips, crushed in the bag
Drain chicken and shred. Combine the chicken, cheese, olives and green onion and mix. Add lettuce and tomatoes and mix again. Add the dressing and mix until coated. Add tortilla chips just before serviing. Mix again.
Note: You can make this ahead of time. Just seperately bag all of the components and then mix at serving time.
