Chili and Macaroni
1 package elbow macaroni
2 cans of chili with beans
1 can of whole tomatoes, chopped (do not drain)
1 - 4 ounce can of diced green chilies
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Prepare macaroni according to package directions. Drain off
water. In large frying pan combine chili, tomatoes with liquid
and green chilies. Simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in the already
cooked macaroni. Sprinkle with the grated cheese, cover and
simmer for 5 minutes.
