Chicken Casserole
1 cup diced, cooked chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 ounce can chow mein noodles
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup salted cashews
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup water
pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients plus 1/2 of the
noodles and pour into a casserole dish. Top with remaining
noodles. Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 25 minutes.
