No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter

1 cup butter
1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 box powdered sugar
1 - 16 ounce jar of smooth peanut butter
12 ounces chocolate chips
(most recipes call for semi sweet, I personally prefer milk
chocolate)
Melt butter. Add graham
cracker crumbs, powdered sugar and peanut butter. Mix well.
Press dough onto cookie sheet using a rolling pin to smooth and
evenly distribute dough.
Melt chocolate chips and then
pour over the dough. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Cut into
squares and refrigerator until ready to serve.
