Cinnamon French Toast
1 loaf cinnamon bread - thick sliced 2 eggs 1/4 cup milk 1/4 cup flour 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon vanilla salt to taste oil for frying confectioners' sugar to dust the bread with
Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the milk, flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla and cinnamon. Mix well. Coat the pan with oil to prepare for frying. Dip the bread slices in the batter coating both sides. Fry, turning until both sides are golden brown. Dush with confectioners sugar.
