Crab Cresent Rolls
2 cans of cresent rolls
1 pk. imatation crab meat
1 can mushroom soup
couple of dashes of Old Bay
1/4 cup of celery (chopped up)
Preheat over to 350. On a long cookie sheet place the
cresent rolls short, fat side down. Place another cresent
roll behind that one. It must have the short side down
against the other. Continue until each cresent is down.
Should be lined up with the pointed side out to the
sides. After this is complete take the imatation crab
meat and pull or chop into bite size pieces. Place the
crab meat on top of the cresents. Sprinkle with Old
Bay.
Next, place the chopped celery on top the crab meat
layer. Sprinkle as much or as little down. Next
gently spoon the mushroom soup on top the celery. Just
enough to cover it (I usually use 3 tablespoons than move down
to put more on). Continue to spoon the mushroom soup until all
the celery is covered.
Next, fold the long pointed
part of the cresent over into the middle of the braid.
After you fold in one side do the next exactly the same.
Continue to do all the points, folded into the center.
Place into a preheated oven for about 19-24 minutes or until
golden.
