Crab
Quiche
1 can crabmeat, drained
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sliced scallions
8 ounces shredded swiss cheese
2 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
9 inch pie crust
Mix together the eggs, milk and flour.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350
degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
