Creamy Blackberry Pie
1 - 9 inch pie crust 1 small package berry jello 1 cup boiling water 1 pint frozen vanilla ice cream or yogurt 1 3/4 cup blackberries (fresh or frozen, dry after washing) 1 cup Cool Whip (to top) 2 cups fresh berries (to top)
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add ice cream/yogurt, one spoonful at a time. Use a whisk to mix. Gently add blackberries and mix. Pour into pie crust and freeze for several hours. When ready to serve add cool whip and berries on top.
