Crispy Macaroni and Cheese

1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
dash of pepper
3 cups cooked macaroni
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 cup french fried onions

In 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, blend soup, milk, mustard and pepper until smooth. Stir in macaroni and 1 1/2 cups of the cheese.

Bake at 350°  for 20 minutes. Top with french fried onions and remaining cheese. Bake 10 more minutes.
