3 cucumbers 1 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 3 tablespoons minced onion 1 cup sour cream 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Peel and slice cucumbers. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and onion. Stir in sour cream and lemon juice. Chill and serve cold.
