Deviled Eggs
6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
and cut lengthwise
3 tablespoons mayonaise
1 teaspoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
paprika to garnish
Carefully remove the yolks from
the cut eggs and place in a medium bowl. Mash yolks with a fork
and add all remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spoon mixture back
into the egg white halves. Garnish with a small amount of
paprika.
For a slight variation, try
honey flavored mustard.
