Easy Chicken Casserole
2 cans cream of chicken
soup
8 oz sour cream
1 tube Ritz crackers
1-2lb boneless chicken
Boil chicken. Cool and
cube. In baking dish, mix soup and sour cream Add
chicken. Bake at 350° until bubbling. Crumble crackers
into crumbs and top mixture. Return to oven to toast
crumbs.
