Easy Oven Fried Chicken

6 pieces of chicken (3 if using chicken breasts)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
salt and pepper to taste
milk to coat chicken

Marinate chicken in milk for one hour. In a bowl, combine the bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Dip the marinated chicken in the bowl and coat on all sides. Bake for 45 minutes at 475 degrees.
