Easy Pepper Steak
1 pound sirloin strip steak or your choice 1 large green pepper 1 medium onion 1 medium tomato 1/4 cup ginger ale 3 tablespoons soy sauce
Cut steak into 1" strips. Cut green pepper into 1/2 pieces. Cut onion into quarters and seperate pieces. Cut tomato into quarter inch pieces.
Place steak into a frying pan on medium high. Brown meat until just brown. Add vegtables, soy sauce and ginger ale. Reduce heat to medium low. Cover and allow to cook for 20-30 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
