Farfel
Stuffing
4 cups matzah farfel
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup diced celery
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 egg
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
In a large skillet heat oil to saute the
vegetables. Add the onion and celery and saute until tender.
Add the farfel and stir until lightly browned. Add in the
parsely and mix.
In a small bowl beat the egg and add in
the chicken broth, salt, pepper and paprika. Stir in to the
farfel mixture and continue cooking on low heat until the
liquid is absorbed. Allow to cool before placing inside turkey.
This should make enough for a small turkey.
