Flank Steak Teriyaki-Barbecued
2 pound flank steak 3/4 cup salad oil 1/2 cup soy sauce 2 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons vinegar 1 1/2 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 scallion (top inch), finely chopped
Cut steak into 1/2" strips. Roll and secure each with a toothpick. Combine all other ingredients in a blender. Marinate steak rolls in sauce overnight (about 8 hours). Barbecue over medium hot fire for 10 minutes on each side.
