French Fry Casserole

Ingredients:

12 little smokies
1 26 oz bag of French Fries (ore-ida extra crispy)
1 10 oz can cream of chicken soup (condensed)
3 oz shredded mozarella cheese
spices to taste

Preheat oven to 350 F.  Coat a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.  Cut the smokies in half to make 24.  Combine the soup, 1 oz of the cheese, smokies, and spices together.  Heat an electric skillet or one on the stove top for about 5 minutes on high.  Add the french fries, and cook about 5 minutes so they are not completely frozen anymore.  Add fries to the soup mixture.  Spread in 9x13 pan.  Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, up to overnight.  Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
