Fruit Filled Cake

1 cup Crisco
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 cups regular flour, sifted
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup orange juice
1 can fruit filling (I've used blueberry and cherry)

Cream Crisco and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix flour with baking powder and salt. Add alternately the dry mix and the orange juice to the Crisco mixture. Grease cake pan. Add half the batter. Add fruit filling. Add remaining batter on top. Bake 60 minutes at 325°.
