Grilled Garlic Salmon
4 salmon steaks 3/4 cup butter 2 garlic cloves, crushed 1/4 cup olive oil 1/3 cup cream sherry 3 tablespoons ketchup 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard salt and pepper to taste
Melt butter in a saucepan. Add garlic, mustard, soy sauce, sherry and ketchup. Whisky gently. Heat just to boiling and then remove from heat.
Rub fish with olive oil and season with salt and pepper, then grill. Spoon warm sauce over cooked fish.
