Garlic Shrimp
1 pound shrimp (shelled and deveined) 1/3 cup olive oil 2 tablespoon peanut oil 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/8 teaspoon salt 4 tablespoons bread crumbs 1 tablespoon dried parsley
Saute garlic in olive and peanut oils for about 4 minutes. Add salt, bread crumbs and parsley. Cook for one minute longer. Add shirimp. Cook until pink, about 1 1/2 minutes, then turn and cook another 1 1/2 minutes on the other side.
