Beef Dip
3 pounds ground beef
2 large green bell peppers, diced
3 large tomatoes
1 large brick of pepper cheese
1 pound of Velveeta cheese
hot sauce to taste
Brown the meet and green peppers. Drain.
In a food processor, puree the tomatoes. In a saucepan pour in
the tomatoe puree. Cut the cheeses into bite sized pieces and
add to tomatoe. Stir and heat. Add in hot sauce to taste. Mix
and then add in the beef. Stir to blend and heat through. Serve
with tortilla chips.
