Guadalupe Flank Steak
1 1/2 pounds flank steak 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/3 cup minced onion 1/4 cup white vinegar 1/4 cup packed brown sugar 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 3 tablespoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce 1/4 teaspoon nutmet 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Arrange steak in a baking dish. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl and mix. Pour sauce over steak and allow to marinade in refrigerator overnight. Turn several times. Broil or grill to your liking.
